There’s a young pharmacy technician girl there who is always rude and has a bad attitude, me being ignored and no one noticed including Pharmacist. I was a pharmacy technician once at CVS so I understand how hard it can be in this field, at first I thought ok maybe she had a bad day I can relate been there done that but eventually that’s just how she is as a person and if I were you I would find something that is more enjoyable or suitable than being like that at work everyday everytime it’s miserable for $14 an hour.
I have rarely had a problem here. My meds are correctly filled. The employees are friendly.nnThere are sometimes long lines for prescriptions, but I just try and go at off times and mostly don't have to wait.
I think the upper management should read thesenWorst attitude and service. Rude pharmacist. Script in house one week before due. She never ordered it. Not once but twice. Took almost a week to get a simple Z pack
Just called the pharmacy day two of prescription not filled. Lady on the phone was rude talked over me multiple times and slammed phone on me. This will not happen to me again ... terrible I hung up and changed my pharmacy immediately. To many poor reviews to have my health in their hands.
It's too bad that zero stars isn't an option. The pharmacy cashier (my reciept says her name is Alyssa) yelled at a patron as she was leaving the store - I was shocked at the way she treated the young lady. I'll be moving my prescriptions to WalMart as I am nervous about someone so volatile filling my prescriptions. I have never seen this kind of behavior from any members of the pharmacy staff and I am appalled.
