We camped there last year and had a great time, I was just checking out my site for June and love it
Incredible experience. Possibly the best experience of my life.
Its a 40 miles trail in different directions. We took a smaller one and reached to the lake in no time. The place seems to be popular among campers as we found many there setting up their tents. The fall nearby is ok but not so great. The lake water is clean and kayaking is allowed. I believe one can enjoy there for a day or two worth of outings.
Perfect combination of convenience and wilderness. Fun for the family. Good covid support
Great place to park for a hike.
