Are these frames plastic or wood? I don't like having cheap plastic in my home.
After 3 generations and you still can't make this product in America? We need the money here, not Communist China!! Frame was gifted but going back.
Our company ordered 20, 8 in. x 10 in. frames for a departmental project I'm working on. Our order arrived with the frames packaged and wrapped in sets of two. The frames were soundly wrapped, with bubble wrap between each frame, and the cardboard corner protectors intact.nnDespite being carefully wrapped, the corners of four frames (that's 4 out of 20) are cracked and/or pulling apart at just one corner. This leads me to believe that it is an issue at the manufacturing level and not in the packaging or the shipping.nnI will not order this product again for myself or my company.nnAdding more 12/07/17: I wrote the company to let them know that I had an entire order of broken/unusable products and never received a response, not even a form letter.

Beautiful designs, quality work. However, MADE IN CHINA! That's a deal breaker for me. It should also be that way for everyone who wants to continue living in the United States of America.
