Purchased a home in November of 2019. Upon moving in we immediately saw that there was broken glass mixed in with the fill/loam on the areas to be seeded on our lot. In April of 2020, before they planned to hydro seed our lot, we contacted the project manager about this issue as well as all of our loam being washed away over the winter months. They “raked” the “loam” and put down hydro seed without addressing the glass issue. We have continued to ask them to address the glass issue and they have yet to do anything. The project manager is completely unprofessional and does not answer e-mails regularly. We last emailed with her regarding this issue back in August 2020 and have YET (October 2020) to receive an email or solution. As you can imagine our grass does not grow in well due to the lack of good loam and the excessive amounts of rocks and glass. It is a safety issue that they continue to ignore!

No land, all front yards. Back yard few feet past decks, most houses using conservation land as there yard.nSo over priced for what you get.
