the whole new staff should be fired. they get your order wrong MORE THAN ONCE in one day. every time i order from them since they hired new people it’s always something. either train your staff or don’t hire new staff members. period. somehow sour cream ended up in my corn salsa when i’m vegan, meat ended up in my bowl, etc. MULTIPLE TIMES. is it really that hard to not cross contaminate? this restaurant is not in the slightest vegan or vegetarian friendly, nor is it friendly towards people with allergies. cross contamination could kill somebody with severe allergies and this restaurant is NOT the place to go if you have dietary preferences and needs.

Every time I get a order from here there’s a mess up and this one takes the cake. Ordered tacos with double protein so x2 for meat paid the extra. My wife goes to pick it up waits 45mins beyond wait time AS ALWAYS. Brings the the food home and her bowl is correct but of course my tacos have ZERO meat not one piece of meat. Don’t know how you mistake my order witch clearly states double steak for a veggie taco. It was already running past closing when she got the food so I can’t go back and will never go back to this joke of a place.

We used to order out from here at least once a week. But every single time, without a doubt there is an error. Consistency is at an all time low, at this location. Here's a few examples,n- Chicken?: gets pork..n- White rice?: gets hard brown rice..n- Lettuce?: gets bitter green peppers.n- Corn?: gets nonnnMost recently, Guacamole dip?: Included was a long strip of plastic from who knows where!? Smh.

The restaurant is dirty, slow and unfriendly service, and your order is going to be incorrect 9/10 times. My boyfriend and I have placed orders on the app for pick up at a certain time. Every time we have gone the order is 30min-1 hour late. If the restaurant is busy, they should shut down mobile orders (just like Starbucks does). It is too bad because it’s the only chipotle on the cape, but definitely not worth your time or money. Going to try out burrito bistro next time.
