Craig K.nnThe Church and surrounding area is always neat and clean. The Church is nice inside and outside. The Reverands that do services are kind and caring. They always say words of wisdom and some funny stories too. The Bazaar has food and other booths to look around. Their Thrift Shop is popular and always a long line to get in. Everyone at the Church is friendly and helpful.

Debbie K.nnThe church is beautiful. The grounds are very well kept. The Nitch Room is always well kept and clean. Lots of nice flowers. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. The ladies in the office friendly, kind and patiently helpful. Their yearly Bazaar lots of good food and Thrift Store so many things to see and buy. Also other booths too. They also have other events thru out the year. The Bon Dance beautiful graceful dance. Anyone can join in. Lots of good food. Quiet and peaceful place to visit. The students there are all very respectful and we'll behaved. My visits there are always pleasant. Thank you everyone for taking good care of the Church and people that come to visit.

While this review mainly focuses on the bon dance event, I feel that how a temple runs their event is a direct reflection on the temple itself, the minister and the congregation.nn[HANDICAP PARKING: ]nOriginally I was told that there be only two handicap parking stalls available at the top (there is a ramp that leads to an elevator so that is definitely a plus) and was also told that other than that you have to park at the Mission School which is not handicap accessible (distance & stairs). BUT on the actual day the information I stated before hand was different that day. In fact there was much more available then just the two so that was really good.nn[FOOD: ]nThey had PICKLED MOUNTAIN APPLE which i can't stress how good it is. I ended up buying several containers to hand out to friends in case they came late and it was already sold out. I wish there was more tsukemono but I understand why it couldn't be helped.nnTo me when a temple takes the time to consider people that are either disabled or handicap it shows their compassion which is very important to Buddhist especially during Obon.
