StorQuest Express - Self Service Storage

My initial move in I found this location to be clean and well maintained, (thanks for keeping the restroom tidy) , since then it seemed to slide the other way.nThe various tenants are not always courteous and considerate of the others . That's where a better screening process comes in.nOil spills have been a problem now and then.nIn my view point, the best asset that this location,nnStorQuest as a whole has is employee, the managernAllison Goodness. StorQuest Kapolei is our GO-TO for all of our storage needs! This facility is incredibly convenient with it's drive-up units and 24 hour access. So glad we were able to snag a unit! We will definitely recommend this company to our family, friends, and business partners in need of storage!

You won't find another storage company with staff that has aloha overflowing for their customers. The facilities is ALWAYS SO CLEAN. When I go to pay my bill at the Waipahu office, they always greet me by name.. Not by my unit number. Already amount me if everything is ok and if I need anything to just let them know!!! I'll never store anywhere else! MAHALO!!!!

I am so very blessed with such amazing customer service here at StorQuest. I’ve had the privilege of receiving service and being assisted by the hospitable Alyx and Kanoe on a monthly basis. They are always so very friendly, pleasant and willing to assist. No matter the question or situation they are both always so very helpful with every matter, question or concern. Today I was assisted by Hiwa and she truly was amazing! Quick to respond and definitely determined to assist to the task at hand. Great staff! Amazing Team✨Mahalo!

I signed up at the Waipahu location for a unit in Kapolei. The process was quick and the staff was super helpful! And I love my unit. It’s super convenient with the 24 hr access and you can tell that the units are new. The location is very well taken care of and secure. Glad that I chose StorQuest as we move between houses!
