I'm so ecstatic about finding this place. The customer service is absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions promptly and accurately. Both ladies made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The prices are reasonably cheap and the units are nice and very clean. I've rented from several other companies in Hawaii and I have to say this is the best and I highly recommend them. I'm so glad I found them. Keep up the good work ladies. Much mahalo!

Worked with Alyson (and Cookie) on a storage rental last week. The process was quick and easy and the prices are totally reasonable. Alyson and Cookie were so friendly and the customer service was amazing. They even helped me get my boxes in from my car. Thank you so much for the help!
Great facility and delightful staff. I have a locker on the 2nd floor, it's a low space but easy enough to get in and out. The biggest problem is the elevator which is out of order and we don't know when it will be working again. We have to CARRY boxes up the stairs!!! It's rough... I hope they fix it soon.
Cookie was so helpful. She made me feel right at home. Showed me the size difference in the units. Made sure i knew exactly what prices everything was. She even got another person to help me carry my too heavy boxes to my new unit. She made sure I knew how everything worked at the facility so I wouldn't get locked and knew how to put the lock in my unit properly so I wouldn't get frustrated. The next day I came in she even made sure I had a plastic cover for my things for extra protection. Cookie and storquest definitely made me feel like ohana and that my things are in a very safe place. Thank you so much!
