I actually did a YELP review solely based on how I was treated by Jace. His customer service skills made the storage unit rental experience very pleasant. I wasn't very comfortable getting a storage unit but after sitting and talking with him I was more at ease. Jace asked the right questions and then gave me his recommendation and showed me the unit. It was an easy decision from then on.nnHis patience and understanding was greatly appreciated.
Great customer service. Made me feel welcomed to be storing at StorQuest. Orlando was top notch in his presentation of the facility and also the benefits, and pricing. Answered all the questions and even tried to work and see if there was a better deal. StorQuest should give Orlando a raise, and do so without raising the cost of monthly storage unit.
Fast, friendly service, at a reasonable price. Orlando took great care of us and made sure we were taken care of and that our belongings would be in safe keeping here at Stor Quest. Orlando made us laugh and smile, even through our stress we were having at the time, having to find storage that we could afford in such short time. Thank you so much for all your help, I highly recommend everyone checking Stor Quest on Umi St. out.
Easy access, manager covered all the details of the rental agreement and showed me proper use of the property. Not the cheapest storage, but good quality and the manager was really polite and made sure I understood everything
