The Lock Up Self Storage

I absolutely was grateful to have used this storage place. The employees Maryanne, Eric, Josh and Rob were all super friendly and the best customer service! Very informative and made me comfortable to use them right away! They facility itself was clean, a great layout and best of all, super safe & convenient!! AAAA++++ ALL AROUND, I RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!! THANK YOU ud83dude0a

Accessibility, Air conditioning, a bathroom (albeit a gross one), and the young men who currently work there that are polite and helpful, are the pluses of this storage facility. The location is central as well. Security is a code key elevator, so only people storing on your floor can go to your floor. Down sides: often one elevator is broken and they need to hire a cleaning crew. The carpets are suffering. In this day and age of Covid, however, I'm grateful they're open & healthy.

The management is discriminatory. Half of my belongings were stolen from my locker. They dont know how to write a proper lease, take proper identification, or follow the laws in regards to storage rentals. They let tenants have keys to the place and live there & The bathroom has been unavailable for over 6 months.nnIt's more like a cheap dorm building for all the tweakers of Waikiki to go at night to do their dirty deeds.

These people are con artists. They give you a fake lease when you rent a unit on line. Then once the take your money they don't honor what you paid for and try to tell you something different so that they can get more money out of hard working human beings.

Absolutely the best storage facility in Hawaii. From customer service to cleanliness of the facility and the rates. Marianne and her staff Rob. Asia and the other guy who name I forgot do an amazing job. I recommend this place to all my friends.
