Extra Space Storage

Anna and team are great to work with from beginning to end. Helped us figure out how much storage space we needed for our stuff (which was a lot). Security is great. Once, I didn’t lock my unit very well and within a few hours of leaving, they called me to tell me that so I went back to lock it properly (never did that again!). We just closed the storage unit and it was just as easy as opening. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage in town.

Amazing customer service and assistance, & impressed with their very clean and safe property. Also good communication to help with move, was able to safely ship belongings inter-island, such a relief. Greatly appreciate all their aloha & kindness! so happy I chose this Extra Space! The Staff there are very professional and Helpful. The only problem there is the hours. Everything else is good there. I definitely would recommend this place to all of my Friends and Family. I already have a unit there and have always had a good experience with the Staff there. I need some additional storage space so I reserved a space online last night and was called promptly by Anna this morning to finish the lease agreement but I couldn't do it at the time, and so I called back and was helped the rest of the way by Edward. They were both very professional and friendly. The process was quick and painless. Mahalo to them!

Let's be honest. Choosing a storage unit organization can be much like drawing straws to see who will face the monster. I am glad to report that I feel Extra Space Storage is different. Anna and the other associates are so very kind, welcoming, insightful, resourceful, patient, fair and accommodating. I get the impression that they are more interested in maintaining a solid business relationship than just interested in over selling a unit I may not be able to afford so they can quickly auction off my property. They were eager to work with me to resolve matters that were in immediate need of attention. Also, they have wonderful communication skills which is very important to me. My business partner and I share a couple units and failed to lock one of them properly our first visit. The team there made sure to take the necessary measures in order to ensure our property stayed locked up and safe. We are very relieved and grateful to have chosen the proper establishment in entrusting our dear possessions. They by far exceeded our expectations just by resolving our unfortunate mistake so swiftly and smoothly. The qualities they strive for are apparent in their exemplary service. We know that if any issues happen to arise, these ladies; without a doubt, will work with us to maintain an excellent standing with them, the company and our account. To have worry and stress removed from any transaction, ongoing business dealing and life in general is not only a great relief, but proof of an amazing team going above and beyond what's normally expected to ensure an all around excellent experience for everyone involved.
