This is a GREAT location. The staff go above and BEYOND for their customers, working hard and trying to give the best rates for their customers. Keanu was especially helpful with the process of transferring over a unit for me. I definitely recommend renting there and hope that the management can reward and recognize the hard work and great customer service that this location offers!

This location is the best Public Storage I've rented from. The units and facility are clean and the staff is helpful. Florida helped me get checked out and was very friendly and courteous.

I am so desperate to look for the storage today,most of storage is close today . But I tried to go online and make reservation same day I need it.nI found public storage by kapiolani and guess what? After ten years of being a Public Storage customer, I was thinking of moving to another storage facility which offered a better price but after talking to and working with Kat, Keanu, and Dora, I decided that the best thing for me was to stay with Public Storage. I instead rented a different locker with a great price, which also saved me the time and effort of moving to another storage facility . In their own way, they each made this process a very pleasant experience. So I want to thank them for the very professional, expeditious, and friendly manner in which they handled everything for me. I plan on being a Public Storage customer for at least another ten years!
