If you are looking for a place to rent a storage unit, you need to come here. Donna is very personable and makes you feel welcome. She's not making it just about her business of making money, but actually treat each other. Without having ever met her, I wanted to because of how welcoming she was speaking with me on the phone. She is very professional and knows how to treat her customers with real cutesy and not the fake cutesy we've become accustomed to in today's world. Looking forward to the time I'll be renting that little space.

This storage facility is well maintained and really take their cleaning serious. The front desk goes up and above the normal desk duties. Especially Donna, she went out of her way to ensure all my account were up to date, and even notified me about a refund that I should be receiving from another public storage facility. I would definitely continue my business with them, as along as Donna is there to ensure that the standards are kept.

I rented a storage space in a somewhat complicated situation. I called quite a few times asking additional questions. The staff was always professional, happy, and helpful. I spoke mostly with Nick, and he always had time to address my issues and answer my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage due to the customer service I received while shopping storage units and after renting from this facility.

This was an awesome experience..The manager Donna was very helpful and accommodating. I’m not sure of the young mans name who showed me the storage which would not meet the needs of all my items, which immediately they put me in something that would suit what I needed. Donna was so friendly and compassionate. The facility was very clean and on point. This place and everyone that works here are outstanding people. Thank you self storage for the employees you have that are part of your company. This a 10 star facility......MAHALO DONNA & CREW!!!!!!

I recently rented a space at this location because my previous room was too big and a little pricey. This location had the perfect size for what I needed and about $30 less. Although the access times are a couple hours shorter, the location is closer for me and better parking. The gal at the counter was so helpful when I first signed up and the service has always been excellent. I would recommend this location to anyone.
