Ala Moana Self Storage

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Before the new management took over this facility the first thing they did was charged me a late fee. They said it was a mistake but they continue to tack on a late fee to my monthly rental every month. I have called multiple times for assistance with this and management promised me that they will fix the problem but I am paying a late fee every month for almost two years now. The late fee added with the monthly rental is still cheaper than the Public Storage next door though. ALl I can say is that I warned you...

PS did a great job ensuring the security of unit. Polite and very helpful during each of my moves. Thanks to Sean, Mark, Taylor and Ray.
