Excellent college which is part of a large Japanese University system. The institution has the highest retention, graduation, and transfer rate in Hawaii. It is also the cheapest overall, even though all of its facilities are brand new, modern, and classrooms are restricted to no more than 18 students. If you want an education at the Gateway to the Pacific, this is the place to go.

This school is serious and English is not growing, and the tutor is not at all reliable (some people depend on it although there are some). When the library is doing, the student service office (OSS) time is short, the time the cafeteria is doing apart, the wifi environment is bad, the shuttle bus arrives late and the timetable is messed up. Also, school facilities are bad (especially toilet, shower, library). And, the tuition is expensive.nIn college program (if there is a level up to CP 1 to 5), if even one of the subjects drops the subject, if the score of the re-entry or TOEFL (iTP) does not satisfy the level of his / her prospect (CP 1 410 points, CP 2 420 points , 430 in CP 3, 440 in CP 4, 450 in CP 5) are determined to be re-taken.nFor example, I am 420 TOEFL iTP, 450 words of lighting, 450 words of writing, with a foreign teacher at a classification test (TOEFL iTP, writing (about 50 minutes), interview with a foreign teacher (5 to 10 minutes)) I was quite able to talk with her at the interview. As a result, my class will start from CP2. In that case you can not proceed unless you take 2.5 in GPA and 420 in TOEFL iTP. These systems are not found in the Liberal Arts program. I think it is strange. This is because the number of times of re-enrollment is limited in the pre-program (CP 1 to 2 is 3 times for re-enrollment, CP 3 to 5 is 2 times for re-enrollment). It determines whether you will be forced to leave. There is no system in this department. Also, there is TOEFL iTP only on the Thursday of the last week (week 1 to 10) and only the number of times you can receive the TOEFL is only then. It determines whether you can advance or not. Even if I go to the department, I do not have any lesson that I can learn the lesson of my undergraduate department professionally.nnPointn·good pointn→ TOEFL score of TOEFL iTP is added to 10 points if it is 3.7 or 3.7 or more in GPA even if the score of the TOEFL iTP does not meet the score of the class to which it belongs. In that case, there is a possibility of progressing.n(Example: Your class CP1 GPA 3.7, TOEFL iTP 400 pointsnBelow it is not added. Instead, you have to take over 420 points at the next level. )nn→ TOEFL iTP scores can be promoted even for points of your class that are lower than previous score. Because the highest score of TOEFL iTP taken by himself is recorded for one year. However, if it is 100 points lower than last time it is not goodn(Example: CP1: TOEFL iTP score is 440 points (condition 410 points)nAdvancement possiblennCP 2: 415 points (420 conditions) Advancement possiblennCP 3 hour: 407 points (430 conditions) Advance possiblennCP 4 hour: 437 points (440 conditions) Advance possiblennCP 5 hour: 449 points (condition 450 points) Not promoted)nn→ If you have English qualifications such as TOEFL iTP 420 points or more, TOEIC 490 points to 550 points or more, Eikeni grade 2 level or more before enrolling in HTIC, CP 2 or higher is entered from the classification test conducted at the entrance. In that case, even if the score of the TOEFL iTP does not satisfy the condition of the score of the class to which the TOEFL iTP belongs, it can be promoted (Expiration is impossible)nn→ There is no curfew (classrooms, student dormitories, going out etc.)nn→ If the TOEFL iTP is 450 points or higher in the classification test conducted at the time of admission, you can proceed (depending on the number of students entering, there is a possibility of entering from CP 5 or higher)nnA bad pointnn→ Equipment is bad (toilet, shower room, library, gym)nn→ Libraries, cafeteria's time is shortnn→ There is no promotion condition like a preliminary course in the departmentnn→ I can not learn the undergraduate department I want to go professionally even if I advance to the departmentnn→ TOEFL iTP is less frequentnn→ English is not growing for those who pay high school expensesnn→ Everyone living in the student dormitory (HTIC student) must forcibly leave the dormitory after winter vacation. Because I will do maintenance of the facility or cleaning the dorm during the winter vacation. However, even if I return to the school or dorm, it has not changed, it remains dirtynn→ The shuttle bus arrives and timetable is messed upnn→ Security messed up
