The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood

Excellent food and drinks, once the staff figured things out. Went on a Tuesday night, not busy at all. But, we had to ask the staff for a cocktail menu, weren't told of any specials (we overheard them tell the table next to us), and had to change our order twice because the server didn't let us know things were out until after we ordered. It was only 6pm and not a busy weeknight, but the service seemed to be confused at the start. However, it got better once we got our menus and orders straight. But once again, we weren't told from the start that things were unavailable, as the dessert I wanted ended up being out of stock after they took the order. I don't mind menu changes at all, it happens. But for $150/guest, we shouldn't have to change our orders twice or ask for menus.

I was pretty disappointed in my experience with The Signature Steakhouse. Although the food was incredible, the atmosphere and minor touches were not there. As a hospitality professional I expected more from a meal with such high value and prices. We had booked reservations in advance and stated that we were celebrating our honeymoon yet we still got stuffed into the back corner. Our entire meal was serenaded to the playlist of Green Day, Willie Nelson, and other rock pop bands. We would have much preferred something more romantic from a high end restaurant. After stepping out of the elevator, the first thing we notice was the loud and rowdy bar crowd in their flip-flops and t-shirts when the dress code strictly states upscale casual. Although the food was incredible the attention to detail and care were not there for me, especially when celebrating such a big milestone to get stuffed in the corner. Right off the bat I felt profiled for my age. It would be a place if you were wanting a good steak but I would not recommend it for celebrations of any sort. I really hope others have a much better experience than we did.

This meal and experience was legendary. The piano was fantastic and the food was out of this world. We didn't have reservations and yet they got us in after a 30 minutes standby. Everyone was incredibly nice and we couldn't be happier. My wife and daughters loved the creme brulee.nnA++ would highly recommend spending a few extra more for a memorable evening. Also happy hour prices are legit great.

Amazing drinks! Oysters were fresh and tasty, although no crackers were available to pair it with, it didn’t bother me. The rack of lamb was great , very tender, slight charcoal taste from the grill but I expected that being that I asked for them to be done “medium well” (don’t kill me , I’m trying new things) . Lastly, the truffled potato mash was amazing, very consistent truffle flavor throughout the entire dish. Had a taste of the king crab legs, very quality meat. Keep up the amazing work, such a luxury experience with nice views.

My wife and I have eaten here a few times now and the food and service have never disappointed us. The steaks are top quality and cooked perfectly. The staff is warm and friendly, providing just enough help without being overbearing. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just looking for an excellent dinner, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Signature!
