Awesome, Awesome, Awesome...Great place to snorkel and find yourself in the beauty of underwater world in Hawaii. Parking is definitely limited. They open at 6:45 AM but get there early and line up. The parking lot opens right at 6:45 AM. They are also limiting to 750 persons per day during Covid. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. There are very little shade but plenty of room for sand. Between the parking lots, there are grass areas and picnic tables for you to enjoy lunch if you don't want to carry everything down the hill. Cost is $12 per person for age 13 and up. The parking cost is $3 per car.

Beautiful and safe place for snorkeling. . Gets hot so bring plenty of water and sun screen. . There is a bus to here from Honolulu but we got a shared car on our way back. . Fish were few but there are some and the water is clear and Beautiful.

Other than waiting and seeing a video and they no longer rent fins, snorkels etc. If you bring your own gear it's a great place to go and in a projected place so watch what you touch. Enjoy the sun, beach and do a walk on the rim to see amazing colors. Cost $3 to park, $12 to go to beach. Get there early to avoid long wait.

This is a beautiful beach, with great snorkelling opportunities. The low depth and coral reef make it a perfect spot to look at tropical fish. Unfortunately, the beach is well known and thus cramped with people (before Covid) despite the entrance fee. However, I appreciated the efforts going towards preserving the ecosystem, so it looks like they have been able to strike a balance.nIf you are staying in Honolulu or Waikiki, I would highly encourage taking a bus from the South End of Waikiki to avoid problems with parking. I found the system to work very well. However, the bus can be very full (before Covid).

This place is stuck in the 80'. You must attend in person to secure your spot (online reservation??), The line goes all the way to the highway and blocks it for miles.nParking cost 3$ but it's cash only! Who carries cash?!nNot sure it worth it considering all the beautiful (and free) snorkeling spots this island has to offer.
