Typical non welcoming glassman CrossFit box avoid.
Has decent space and a fair amount of area to do workouts. There's alot of typical CrossFit equipment missing and their pull-up bars are in good condition, but extremely wobbly at one end. They have a policy that offers one free drop-in to people who are residents of the island, but if you're visiting or even military, it's $20 no matter what. Seems like any gym could easily offer the first time free for everyone and keep track of the people they've had in instead of having stipulations for the free session. Overall, the workout was disappointing for the money as it was something I could have easily done in the base gym.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the time and care the Kimo and all the other instructors gives to everyone that comes to this box. I started out by trying a free class just to see if it was something I'd like to do.nI started off by doing the basics classes 3 days a week and now go 5 days a week. I'm about two months in and I love it. All of the instructors and others that frequent this box are some of the coolest, helpful and down-to-earth people around.nnI've always been healthy but just wanted to commit to a program where I could reach the pinnacle of my fitness and improve other areas of my life like surfing. I've found that place.
