F45 Hawaii Kai is Awesome!! The concept is brilliant and will definitely get you results. The workouts are super fun and fast. They have an army of well versed trainers/coaches that not only know and understand fitness but practice what they preach!nnAmazing owners and great staff! So lucky to call them my Ohana!

I love the community of this gym. The coaches are super motivating and high energy which helps me get through the workouts. Before f45 I found it hard to be motivated to work out but I find myself excited to go to my f45 workout class. Would recommend to all friends and family 10/10.
