We ordered a vehicle from Top Value Auto, sight unseen, and had it shipped to an outside island. Eric was incredibly helpful (as I made countless phone calls over the course of the transaction) and he was very well versed in the necessary steps to ship a vehicle. So my wife purchased a vehicle from here and it was priced for $8999, so we ended up getting the price lowered since it had some issues with it. The Tires were flat and bald, Suspension dead, only the sunroof and driver window worked.nnLong story short after the paper work and a big hassle, we are now getting charged $19,000, 6 year financing. When that wasnt agree on.nnBe careful where you buy your cars, not all dealers are legit

Absolutely awful! I purchased a vehicle here “as is” just a little over a year ago. A 2012 Volkswagen Routan with only 82,000 miles on it. The A/C did not work when I test drove it and they ensured me they would fix it before I purchased. I came back the next day when they said it was fixed and bought it. After 2 weeks, the A/C did not work and wouldn’t recharge. After our first long trip, some transmission sensor went out (cost us $1,000 to fix). Four months after fixing the transmission sensor, the engine block has cracked (the repair of which would cost more than the van is even worth). The odometer now only has just shy of 86,000 miles. I’m certain that if they truly inspected the vehicles, they would have known this van had major issues. They aren’t concerned with quality, as long as the vehicle makes it off the lot.
