Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Pearl City

Update to my positive post, the first time I went here they were friendly and seemed to care, I obviously returned multiple times to get my vehicle maintenance done because it was an authorized jeep dealership. I noticed that the friendliness of the employees seemed dependent upon the days, ultimately the reason I changed my post is because a few months ago I paid around 800 bucks for regular maintenance on my vehicle, I have driven my vehicle around this entire time assuming they could have done the maintenance correctly. They didn't even bother to twist the oil cap back on and instead just placed it down. This is complete laziness at its finest. They new dealership that did my maintenance today was kind enough to clean out the oil that was either dried or dripping (probably from air getting in the oil). I know there's not a lot of options for authorized dealers on oahu but maybe they should consider some better staff.

The people here have been really helpful and friendly. I worked With ray ray and she was a really helpful person! They really worked with me on the numbers and the pricing of the ram and they offered me an amazing deal! At the end I signed All my papers and decided not to get it just because it’s not the right time in my life and I got My refund without a hassle or problem. I was upset I couldnt Leave with that beautiful ram but my experience here was exceptional!

Mark is truly an awesome and efficient employee. He helped me solve a problem concerning an icon that lit up right after my safety check. Mark explained the issue thoroughly all with a friendly disposition. Much mahalo to Mark at Pearl City Cutter!!!

My last review of this place was 1 star, but fair is fair and they have redeemed themselves ud83dude06nWe went to pick up my car from service which went well (besides the almost $300 for a battery) ud83dude44nnOn our way out we decided to take a peek and see what was on the lot. Kimberly greeted us in the lot and was very friendly and helped us look at a few vehicles that caught our attention. She worked with us on trading in, not one but 2, used vehicles to get me in the vehicle I wanted. It took forever (as always when buying a car) but the service was great. We also dealt with Michael, whom I believe is the sales manager, also very friendly (to us, he and the other guys weren't very nice to Kim). This will be the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from them and all in all a great experience. We would buy from them again for sure.
