Tesla

I went here to find out about the model x not knowing that the folks at this location were primarily service managers. Instead of turning me and my family away or punting us down the road to the sales folks in Waikiki, one of the managers graciously humored us in our fact finding mission. He showed us two of their loaner model X's that had similar options to what we were looking for. If I could have bought the car from this guy (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) I would have. To sum it up, if this is the way they treat folks that are looking for a vehicle, then you can rest assured that the same level of attention is probably paid during your vehicles service. These folks will definitely have my business once we buy our model X.

This was the worst customer service I've come across in any business. You'd expect good to decent service from a multi-billion dollar company. I bought a brand new Tesla and two weeks in, the computer crashes. In case you're wondering, the computer is the car. The touch screen went black and I couldn't see my speedometer (I was driving), what gear I was in, turn on windshield wipers (it was raining at the time), control the A/C etc. Long story short I had no idea what was going on. I pulled over, had no idea if accelerating or braking would work since they all run through the computer. I took my car in the next morning and Stephanie told me I needed a new computer. She rented me a Hyundai and said it would take about a week to get parts and installed. It was 3 weeks. 3 weeks to get one part for a brand new car. I had to call Stephanie every few days to get some sort of update since the original delivery never came in or was made up just to keep me off their backs. You'd think someone buying a brand new Model Y would have some precedence on getting fixed quicker. Except my car was in the shop longer than I owned it. So now I have a refurbished vehicle and no compensation for all my trouble. I was offered free maintenance for a year, there's no maintenance on a Tesla! And I was offered leather floor mats to find out they don't make them for the model Y. The absolute worst experience!

Fast service turnaround. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have high expectations of Tesla and this service center did not disappoint.
