I had such a nice experience after many disappointing attempts at an auto purchase! I wish I had started at Star Auto. I was helped by Ron and he was amazing!!.. Took the time to really listen to my needs and direct me to the best vehicle for me plus offered a great price. The whole experience there was great but Ron really made it super easy. I’ll definitely be back to see him in the future!!

Ok let me start by saying if it wasn't for TIA not only would they have lost a customer but they would have gotten a very bad review. They have always had nice cars but they have always fallen way short in the customer service department. But then there's TIA she listened to what we were looking for and she over delivered. We love our car and we will only do business with TIA. She was great , she treated us like family and she definitely showed her appreciation for the military. If your military trust me she won't do you wrong go see tia today and get yourself a new ride. Thanks again TIA. Your awesome

Star Auto was great. I inquired online and immediately received a response both via phone call (a voicemail was left on my phone) and an email by Ron (Waipahu lot). I have returned Ron's phone call; then later that day I was contacted by Chrissy/Kristy (one of those names. Lol) in finance. We have discuss about my credit, down payment and what my monthly would be for everything to work. Mind you, my credit score is shot and everywhere I have inquire all have said the same thing 'You will need a co-signer'. I explained why and wanting to this on my own; and guess 'What?'; I was given the chance to do exactly that. What was even better, she had the vehicle transported to their Honolulu lot so I didn't have to drive all the way out to Waipahu from Kaimuki. The next day I have shown up for my appointment and was greeted by sales rep Brandon. I have told him what I was there for and he immediately knew who I was and took me straight to the vehicle to check out and test drive. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle I have first seen and wanted to check out. Everything from sales rep to finance have fallen into place.nHey! if you have a down payment with no credit/bad credit/some credit and wanting a used vehicle, this is the place to go..Star Auto!!
