ʻAiea Loop Trail

Gorgeous hike that's not super strenuous. There were definitely some muddy spots, but not too many and otherwise the trail was very well maintained. As seen in the pictures, the views were fantastic. There's also a good variety of plant life along the way.nnDefinitely recommend parking in the lower parking lot and hiking up the tarmac hill first to start the loop however, otherwise the uphill at end is pretty killer if you're not in great shape.

Very serene and beautiful, easy hike but long. I took my 4 and 8 year old daughters. It took us a about 3.5 hours to do the full loop. It is a dirt trail and was fairy muddy in spots and the trail decently narrows but nothing horribly scary. There are some incredible views. Dog friendly. But definitely not stroller friendly.

Beautiful, well-maintained trail with great vistas and interesting spots along the way. Not long or strenuous. Bring your kids and your dogs.

Great hike. Very muddy. Recommend taking boots or shoes you don't really care about. The end of the hike has restrooms and a place where you can wash off your shoes/hands, etc.

Great walk. Family friendly but not stroller friendly. Very scenic views.
