It's very nice and has both grass and beach. Good mix of locals and tourists. Choose your own adventure kind of place but good luck finding parking. Decently spaced bathrooms and some good food options. Not a bad place to wade, swim, or even low key snorkel but less wildlife than other spots. Bring a plate lunch and enjoy short time or stay all day with a canopy and bbq.

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, direct sunlight. In the middle is the best place, off to the right side there are alot of rocks. Move to the left several feet and perfect. The water is shallow for about 5 feet out then the kiddos will need to Bob, swim or tread water. Great place for Paddle boarding, body boards, kayaks and more. There is a public restroom area however its a good walk from where we settled down at.

I think this is one of the best day beaches on the island. First - the water is calm and perfect foe swimming. There is soft sand and no coral, so it is family and feet friendly. The colors of the water are changing from very light turquoise to dark blue. The beach is white and pretty with no branches.nAdditionally, there is a beautiful park which extends into a peninsula overlooking the little bay and providing beautiful sunset views.nAcross the street there are restaurants, mall, foodland, breweries. Really everything you need to spend a chill day with beach/park activities.

There is always parking here any time of day and it’s free. When the ocean is choppy this area is always mellow because it’s protected. One out and back is about a mile you can do more or less. It is very busy. At sunrise I have swam into other swimmers but it’s nice having people around sometimes. The water is cloudy and not clear but it’s consistently calm.nThere are showers (cold) and bathrooms for changing. Beach is a little rocky and full but you can always find a spot here. Plenty of life guards.

A great beach for relaxing in the sun and gentle water activities.nnThe beach is protected from waves when the water is rougher so that it makes this beach perfect for those who aren't very comfortable in the water, learning to swim, wanting to swim laps (locals use it for swimming laps,) have small children, or want a relaxing experience.nnThe park also gives relief from the sun for a picnic under a tree or relaxing in the grass.nnL&L Barbeque has a location in the park in case you don't have food.nnThe park is well maintained, however the bathrooms can be sub optimal at times.
