These poor retarded and incompetent fools at the Kapahulu branch have caused me endless distress and to lose half my income for sometime to come! Several weeks ago, I opened an additional checking account so that I could link all my utility bills, Amazon, Netflix, Google and Paypal to this account and its debit card. However, the link to this crucial debit card have been broken for most of the time for weeks; whereupon, I was denied purchases on Amazon, declined at grocery stores, had my internet service disrupted, and denied on my Paypal account - the last being very crucial, because I derive half my income from Ebay - and, since I have not been able to pay for my purchases, I have been restricted from my Ebay account and have run out of inventory for my business! I have gone to rectify the problem in person on several occasions at this branch over several weeks, and each time been given assurance that the problem had been fixed; and yet, to this day, my debit card is still unauthorized to make any transaction - not even a balance inquiry through an ATM! I am absolutely fed up and feel it necessary to take legal action in order to recoup my costs. These are absolutely the most inept bunch of morons that I've ever encountered!
ATM you can get money from. But does charge a fee of like $3 if your not a member of First Hawaiian Bank.
