Excellent experience! Took the Jurassic tour and enjoyed every minute. Our guide was information and funny and went out of his way to ensure we had the best time. Also, they've upgraded their vehicles for this tour and it much more comfortable and spacious. They also offer plastic rain covers in case it rains. I would highly recommend and be back for other tours.

We did the 1.5 hour movie tour with Ursula as our tour guide. She was absolutely amazing! You can tell she loves her job and enjoys entertaining the crowd. She’s also super knowledgeable about all the movies that have been filmed on the ranch. In addition to the movie information we really appreciated the history Ursula shared. Highly recommend!

Is this even real?! I didn’t think this beauty existed. The green mountains are incredible and witnessing them up close was mind blowing. The staff were so kind. Clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, easy to find! They offer so many options for exploring a beautiful part of the island! Can’t wait to come back and do more!!

The tour guides are super fun and knowledgeable. The fun begins right as you start gearing up for your ride. The guides introduce themselves and are noticeably passionate about the Ranch. They show everyone a good time while explaining many historical aspects of the land. The guides enhance every step of the ATV ride. They really do complete the experience and make you want to come visit again.

I had a very horrific and traumatic experience when my girlfriend and I went there for the 2-hour ATV tour today (March 18, 2021).nnTL; DR: this is a super dangerous tour and I wouldn’t recommend this if you just want some nice and safe times in Hawaii. I hope to share some of my experiences:nn1. The vehicles and safety gears are very questionable: the helmet for the ATVs are not proper helmets - they are for bikes... Our vehicle and the vehicle behind us were having some issues during the ride (the warning light and warning beeping sound kept going off) but the staff never checked them and just assumed all were good. The ATV was set for 2-wheel rather 4-wheel and the staff asked us not to change it.nn2. The staff are very impatient and not helpful at all. The weather condition was terrible for our ride and our tour guy just kept rushing everyone to keep up. They said the speed limit should be below 15 mph but 75% of the time the actual tour speed was above that.nn3. I had some serious concerns about the route of the tour. Some road conditions are not safe for driving - the vehicle felt out of control at times and one vehicle almost flipped over.nnI hope you find this review helpful and hope y’all have a great time in Hawaii!!!
