I’ve been shopping around for a credit union and HawaiiUSA was reviewed as the best in Hawaii. I heard great things about them and also saw that their numbers were great. I visited the website to do a more detailed research and immediately questioned if they were the best. I was disappointed with its presentation and had no desire to search anymore.nnI tried again, still disappointed with the website’s presentation but stayed to navigate the website. Let’s just say, it’s been a hassle to look for information I wanted. It’s not impossible but I shouldn’t have to dig for the simplest information too.nnInvest in creating a user friendly and more appealing website. I’m sure it will give customers and shoppers alike a good experience, as well as, increase your business.

I've been a member since 2006. I love the location, validated parking, friendly staff, and the services they offer.nnThe only thing that I don't like is the technology they use. The mobile deposit feature doesn't work on the app. When I try to register for a new online business account, the email for the temporary password doesn't work immediately. I hope they upgrade their technology soon.
