Donald was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He answered all my questions with detail and explained the maintenance procedures each step of the way. I am so happy I chose Black Hills and will continue to use them for years to come. They employ only the best technicians like Donald.nHighly recommend!

We had the team from Black Hills come through. Our intention was to have them quote on a new heating system on Saturday and then install next week. However our furnace decided it was time to quit, so we had to move up the appointment. Diamond came though on Wednesday to quote, Thursday Jeremy and his team did the install. We are very happy with their service. Watching them work you appreciate the size and complexity of the job. Black Hills has a great team and we are happy to use their services.

April 12, 2021nDan came and did the six month maintenance on my furnace and to change the filters. I had a question or two and he explained it so that I understood what he was saying!n________________________________________nnPrevious review!nGreat company!! They were very professional and educated in what they do. Darby called to remind me when the appointment was. She also explained what they were going to do and how much the charges were going to be. It was at least 90 degrees out when my heat pump went out, they did not charge an arm and leg their price remained the same which was very reasonable!nJosh was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He explained what he was doing as he did it.nCan't say enough good about this company ~ I am very pleased with their service and staff!!

Tyler convinced me that my furnace is old enough now that repairing it for probably $2,000 is less wise than replacing it with a much better one (and not cheap either), which will do more, be quieter and more efficient, and save on electricity. I’ll have to borrow the bulk of the cost, but I believe in investing in a better product when I have the choice and can manage it.nnTyler is well informed and skilled, a good communicator, courteous, and friendly. He did his job well today. And I hate being in debt!

The technicians are always very nice and professional. Pretty fast when you need them to be for getting emergency parts and repairing heating and air-conditioning systems. I love the fact that they call me and tell me when the technician is going to arrive that day usually within 20 minutes. And no technician will pretty much help with anything except new laundry. Great people With outstanding customer service!
