horrible place ... i just called for my 15 minute consultation and was met by the receptionist . she made fun of me, made comments and remarksnbefore even figuring my income that i could not afford their firm. would not let me get 15 minutes free consultation to find out if a lawyer is even necessary for my case . she was argumentative and very disrespectful absolutely worst feeling ever when going through a situation and reaching out for advice and met with such a rude human being . and also she told me to even speak with them i need to give them 10000 dollars ... worst lawyer call i have ever had . worst place ever i would never recommend a place that disrespect future clients the way they just did .. horrible horrible experience

I called them to get information about getting an addition person put on our house title. They said it wasn't a problem and the process was very easy and even quoted me a price. I set up a phone appointment for 10am a couple days later and no one ever called me. I waited around until 10:45am and decided to call them myself, I left a message and still no one called me back. So unprofessional and rude. I waited around, wasting a day where I could have worked for this phone call and no one called or helped me. Its not that hard to keep a phone call appointment unless you work for Dickson Frohlich
