The Loft At Urban

LOVE this little boutique. Had such a great selection and the owner was so sweet and literally felt like she was my personal shopper. I told her what I was looking for and she picked out a bunch of cute stuff for me to try on that she thought would look good and she was right! So excited to see all of the summer stuff coming in. Cant wait for my next shopping trip :)

The Loft is amazing! Not only do they have a variety of super cute items, but it doesn’t break the bank to add pieces to your closet. When you go to a lot of boutiques, you have to sacrifice either the quality of the clothes or your budget, but The Loft solves both of those problem. The first time I went in Danica was so helpful in helping me pick out a few things that made me feel comfortable and confident, even though they would normally be out of my everyday choices. And now they are staples in my wardrobe. I know make it a habit to go every couple of weeks and see with new stuff they get in stock!

I had such a great experience at The Loft at Urban! They have extremely stylish clothes and a wide variety of options. It is so nice to have a great clothing store in such a small town. I walked away with a bunch of new clothes and I can’t wait to go back!

Whatever you do don’t touch the fern.... I was extremely excited to head up to the Loft for a day of shopping. When you reached the top, there is this beautiful soft looking fern. I ran my fingers through it and exclaimed to the person behind the counter “ do lots of people touch this, it’s so soft” to which she replied briskly “only children” I was properly chastised and left after I inquired on the lady’s name. To my dismay she said her name was Danika and she was the owner. I went home and became quite emotional over this ordeal. Never in my life have I left a review, especially a “bad” one, however, after talking to my sisters( we all LOVE to shop) I felt that how she made me feel was not okay. Maybe she was having an off day and that can certainly happen but from now on, I will be taking my business where customer service is valued! There are several wonderful boutiques in Leavenworth that are friendly, Twisted, JT Blue and Magenta are just a few. Plus they have WAY more options in clothing!
