Horrible customer service. They lied saying my kit was to be shipped last week. Then two weeks after ordering I got a email saying they have no shipping date at this point. And it’s a gamble on if the order will ship. And I was ok with that if there was a hoodie in the box when it was shipped. They canceled my order and acted as if I was a inconvenience for asking for a small favor to earn my Buisness back. And they came up with the excuse that there entire welding and metal shop had COVID. True or not. It doesn’t tAke 2 weeks to process a email and be nice enough to email someone that the order is late. Instead I chased them around till they came up with the COVID excuse and then canceled my order. Which takes time to get my money back and it took 3 weeks to get a f u in the face!!! And it was all email so it’s not like I was yelling or calling names. And there was no demands. I said I’d continue ordering if there was a hoodie in the box with the order for the inconvenience of being told it would ship and then it a gamble. I actually wanted to add to my order. And if they offered me even a sticker for my loss of time I would have got another kit on order.

This is a good company that stands behind their products. I had some unforeseen fitment issues, and they were willing to give me email support even though it wasn't their fault. Sky Offroad is a step above other similar companies that couldn't be bothered to respond after sending me mismanned parts.
