Showed up 23 minutes before they closed no one would come to the door and help me and my daughter and then as I was leaving another car pulled up and they helped her as I was out at the light.. will never have my business again.. I desperately needed a battery and my car barely started..

This is one of the rare times I feel like I got way too inexpensive of a price from a business. After several years of periodic problems with my car battery connection and finally getting sick of my own solutions not being a permanent fix, I went to Battery X-Change where Chuck cleaned the terminals, replaced both terminal connectors, and secured the cables to the battery like a champ. I easily thought this was worth at LEAST $20 for the new parts and labor. My total bill was $5.90. I'll be buying my battery from them the next time I need one.
