Clean, secure and convenient. Gated, paved and private (I don't see other people while I am there). The gentleman who helped me rent the unit was a very helpful local. I appreciate the drainage this place has.. no danger of flooding. I didn't think I would like the hours but it turns out that I do. I think it keeps a particular demographic away. Anyway I feel my storage unit is one of the most secure in the valley.

A Wonderfull storage facility; great prices and super people to work with. Ive used this facility for years, and even met the owners who are a lovely retired couple originally from Oregon
One of the better places to rent a storage unit in the valley. I felt completely safe every time I visited. The owner is really nice, and it was easy and affordable to setup a temporary place to store our belongings as we prepared to move houses.
