Bill is a nice, reasonable manager. The facility is decent and prices are very good. I would recommend.
Terrible. For the past six months they have not responded to emails. They requested I set up payments through EFT. Not only have they never used the EFT that I approved in June and again in August, they continue to add late fees each time they don't use the EFT and I instead have to send a check. Won't answer the phone either.

The owner Bill Reeves is very helpful & easy to work with. Nice, clean units of many sizes to choose from(from 5×5 to 16×40) & Pricing is better than most other facilities in the area. Gate access is from 6am - 9pm but exceptions may be discussed/made with prior approval (such as late or early access) on occasion. Video surveillance, electronic gate, fencing & lights help to make this a secure facility that I have used for many years !!!
I have given them written and email notice that I no longer need the storage unit yet this is the second month that they are still trying to charge me for the unit
