I’ve used this service for several years now and have to let people know about my experience. I think this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed something on-line...I’ve had a feeling (based on appearance, how it runs, etc) for a long time my truck was not actually stored inside and I confirmed it this week. When confronted the regular manager lied to my face and went hysterical. When I went to pick up my truck this weekend I saw about 60 other vehicles parked outside. If you deal with these people I strongly recommend a surprise visit to make sure your vehicle is stored the way you pay it to be stored. On top of it the couple managing the units for the out of state owner are very strange. You are better off storing your vehicle yourself and using Uber to get to and from airport. Stay away!!!!!

Allan and Cheryl (I'm terrible with names) are fantastic managers of the property and VERY helpful! I'm surprised by the 1 star ratings as they have been outstanding in customer service. I rented a unit for over a year and also stored my truck there over the summer. Allen offered to start my truck once a month to keep the engine moving, and Cheryl was always super helpful with office/financial matters. They even called me once to remind me about payment before I accrued a fee (10 days after the 1st). THAT'S the real customer service.nnIn my experience they always answered the phone or promptly returned my call if they were gone. The gates were only open during the posted hours. I got my deposit back no problem.nnThe managers are so nice and helpful that I can't recommend them enough!!

Rented with them over the summer! Process was painless and they were very quick.nnOriginally I had thought my deposit was not refunded but I just re-checked after their response and they did refund the depsosit.nnThank you very much! Very reasonable prices!

I was a long time customer. It was always easy to work with them and the rates are very reasonable. Will definitely use them again if I need storage.

Great- right till then end when they entrap you with a large closing fee. Strongly do not recommend.
