Employee working drive through was not wearing any type of face covering. The is the first person I’ve encountered since April, in an F&B outlet, that was not wearing a face mask/shield. This is the first time I’ve encountered this at thus A&W.nnMakes no sense. He can get other employees sick, forcing you to temporarily shutdown, and potentially infect your customers.
Worst service had in a long time and that bad when you talking about fast food!
Food is delicious and can't get any better Root Beer Floats other then making them at home!! Very nice cashier who, even though he's gotta be tired from the day, still has a smile for ya anyway. 5 stars all around!
Loved going here until i seen an employee pick his nose, wipe it on his sleeve and continue making orders. Told another employee and they immediately got onto the guy but still nasty.
Coney dog's inedible, couldn't drive a steel fork through the hot dog,6.50 ripped off,never again,waited 25 min. They must of given me the last of the chili,never seen black chili before. Worst fast food ive ever had and I'm 60
