Best gym in town. Kendall is the best trainer also. He knows the science of the body and has a ton of experience. Love this place

This is a classic powerlifting/bodybuilding gym, the vibe is excellent if that’s what you’re looking for. Owner is super reasonable with pricing as well.

The place for all iron addicts. There's no dust on the 100lb dumb bells here. They get used. Enough said.

Alot of people I see talk about the gym like it's randown and and dirty gym and that is not the case. This gym is for people wanting to get into great shape like bodybuilding and power lifting and wanting to push themselves, not like planet fitness where you have a limit of how much your allowed to lift or what to wear or even drink there. If you want a gym like that just so you can say you went to the gym then go there but if you want to get into shape and be able to push yourself then this is where you want to be and I have known Kendal for about 18 years and he is an amazing gym and dose everything he can to take care of you and if you have questions he will help you.

Best powerlifting gym in all of South East Idaho if not the entire state. Mono lift, forza bench, load rock music. What else could you ask for.
