CrossFit AMROCK

Great experience! Clean and well-equipped box with very welcoming coaches and members. I dropped in to Crossfit AMROCK for a week. Communication was easy. They had a good number of class times available and nice, flexible options for drop-ins. I was impressed by the welcoming and encouraging attitudes of the owners and coaches. This box is highly recommended.

CrossFit AMROCK is GREAT! Welcoming and competent coaches , and cool athletes that are supportive and fun to work out with. I don’t live in Idaho Falls, but I drop in every time I’m in town!

Dropped in while on vacation! This gym is awesome I wish I lived there so I could go all the time. Rocky was inviting and fun all the members were so nice! Great culture! Very clean 10 out of 10!

Great place with great people and amazing coaches.

My partner and I have just stopped by for a drop in CrossFit class whilst on our road trip from Whistler in Canada. Prior to this we have only done about 6 CrossFit classes but it was great to have the trainer Mauri demonstrate and explain each exercise step by step and ensuring all had correct form before the class. The class was well explained and Mauri was very involved with each participator by reminding and demonstrating technique, helpful and encouraging. Matt, another trainer participated in the same class also and was very helpful, encouraging and very welcoming too! As we were leaving, the managers came in and were also super welcoming and lovely! The class was a fun challenge and my partner and I will definitely be recommending CrossFit AMROCK! Top effort by all staff! Thank you for the fun workout!!
