Gold's Gym (Idaho Falls)

Golds is a great gym. They have a lot of equipment for all fitness goals. The staff is great and keep it running clean and smooth. The daycare is amazing, the staff interact with the kids and they always have crafts and activities planned for them. My kids get excited to go to the gym now. I highly recommend this gym for all people regardless of the fitness goals and where they are at in life. There is something for everyone.

I have belonged to Gold's Gym for more than 3 years, and in those years the quality and environment of the gym has only improved. The gym is welcoming, the staff is helpful, and most importantly, the gym is CLEAN! In the last year, I have noticed that the increased efforts in keeping members safe and healthy.nnI have taken advantage of group classes as well as personal training, and feel like the staff at Gold's Gym is friendly, kind, and supportive of my needs. I do not expect the staff to know me (amongst all of the members in the gym), but I'm often surprised when instructors, trainers, and desk staffers greet me by name.nnThere are plenty of other gyms in town that I could go to, but aside from the fact of proximity, I would choose Gold's Gym again and will always recommend it!!

I love this gym! The staff has been incredible to work with. I’ve had to constantly switch things up with the kids club and postponing things with membership from health issues and surgeries. They have always explained everything thoroughly and super friendly and understanding. The equipment is great, and I love that they offer classes, daycare, tanning, and so many other things! Highly recommend it here!

I absolutely LOVE it here! I swapped gyms about 9 months ago to Golds IF. I instantly felt like home. From management, to front desk, trainers, everyone is amazing, friendly, helpful. This has become more than just a gym. They have everything you could want in a gym and take pride in their appearance and guests. I highly recommend them to everyone.
