I have been to this office many times in the last year or so and some of the staff is not very friendly while others are. I haven't had many problems with this or any other WIC office. I was always greeted promptly and seen for my appointment quickly. One of the best WIC waiting areas that I have ever been to.

The staff lack good customer service skills. I felt I was an inconvenience for them while I was there. Not very friendly at all.
