D.L. Evans Bank

I enjoy this bank usually don't have problems

the teller Lexi is rude she has helped my mom several times and doesn't give good customer service

So many bad things to say unfortunately. When I first opened my account with them, they “lost” my money, & I was unable to contact anyone over the weekend about the missing funds. When I went in Monday, they apologized & “found the money” to put it back.nThen, someone from London was able to hack my debit card over a period of 2 days, spending money multiple different times. I had to go in to dispute the charge & asked Chamay why someone was able to spend money from London when London was blocked by D.L. Evans. She couldn’t answer the question & just told me that “anyone can get into your account or card to spend money.” COOOL.nA couple weeks later, I went in to deposit my paycheck & They took my check, gave me my receipt & sent me on my way. I noticed the money didn’t post on my account right away & it always does, so I called & asked what was going on. I was told everything was fine & it would post by midnight. I was then called a couple hours later & told I needed to come get my check because it was torn & wasn’t able to be deposited. My check was not torn when I took it to her hours later to be deposited. So, I’m now waiting a week to get another paycheck Because of this mistake at D.L. Evans. At the end of all this, Shelley, the operations manager, & Brian, the branch manager were incredibly RUDE & were no help whatsoever. Oh, & I never got the hundreds of dollars back that London took from me either. So that’s awesome. Please save yourself the headache & DO NOT BANK HERE!
