Modern Plumbing, Heating & Electrical

We have used Modern in our own home as well as our rental. They have always been on time and provided great service! Their communication is on point. We had an after hours emergency and they were quick to respond. We have worked with Calvin and Rueben and always been pleased. We have had AC installed, new water heater and furnace and now another water heater (different house). Wouldn't dream of using another company.

I have to say Zach amazing. My AC was down for a while, called multiple companies and couldn’t find a solution. My AC has been working perfectly after his repair. Two thumbs up! ud83dude00

Of all my estimates this was the only company who listened to what I was looking for and had an option available at a extremely reasonable cost. Service Calvin was friendly and efficient, if an answer was unknown he referred me to someone who would know rather than giving me incorrect information. Went above an beyond to make sure my installation met/exceeded.nnCalvin and Reuben did a great job at getting me up and running. Went above and beyond with appliance install. Thanks guys!
