Their reviews seemed nice...but I couldn't get them out here. I called, spoke to Zach and he asked for me to text him some info and he'd have someone out in a week. Never heard back, so I sent a follow up text a month later with no response. I'm sure they're great, but I guess good luck getting them out. Maybe I just caught them on a busy time. I ended up giving up and finding someone else.

When Mountain Valley Electric showed up to wire our garage to family room conversion, they were professional, arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked quickly with expertise. I wanted some residential work done, so I called and had to leave a message about the work to be done. No one ever returned my call. A week later I filled out the Contact Us form from their website. It said we would be contacted within 24 hrs. I never heard back. I gave up and called another company who actually answered their phone and set me up with an appointment.
