Always get good service at any Les Schwab I stop at. This staff at this location is just as friendly and helpful as any other location I have been to.

Wonderful service! Kind people. We had just been hit front behind on the freeway. Once the accident cleared the police told us we would leave. We noticed huge gauges in our rear tire and needed it replaced before the road trip could continue.nnColton and others here were quick and effect at (blonde lady who greeted me was so sweet). They replaced our tire with the our spare and didn’t charge us. Had us back on the road within 30 minutes.nnThank you Les Schwabb ! (George and Jesses)

The Rigby location is the best they always get me in and out quickly and they do a quality job each time I visit. Florence is amazing she knows her stuff and the customer service she provides is second to none.

The lady at the counter was pleasant to talk to, the guys in the back not so much. Not sure if they are over worked or poorly trained in customer service (probably both). It took a couple of hours, but that was about what I expected; especially when they don't take appointments for this particular job.nnGot my tires siped, well see how much it helps with driving on Ice. Seems it only got the middle of the treads (not the very edges), but I'm not sure if that's intentional?nnUpdate: the siping seems to have helped some with winter driving, but not as much as I had hoped.

This place is fantastic! They are always friendly, accommodating, honest and looking for ways to help the community. I have purchased several sets of tires from here. Today I went in to get help as my car was vibrating. They checked it out, resolved the problem and sent me on my way - no charge - in less than 45 minutes. What a great shop! You have made me a customer for life.
