If I could give this RV park a 0 star I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had working with people. We travel for my husbands job and have lived at many different RV parks. The people in the office, specifically Zach, were awful to us. They were rude and difficult. We tried so hard to work with them but they have some personal issues to deal with that they decided to take out on us. It made our entire experience hell. They messed with our camper set up without our permission after we had agreed to something else and we’re constantly yelling at us for ridiculous reasons. I have a 7 month old baby and my husband works long hours so the extra stress was taking a toll on both of us. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE. If you want to have a good vacation or living experience I urge you to find a different RV park.
We stayed five nights meeting another Family member at Yellowstone Lakeside. This is a brand new park that has only been open for just a few months. Amanda who works in the office is very supportive and helpful and gave excellent recommendations for places to visit and places to eat! Zach, who is the Camp Host, is very dependable and supportive as well and helped make our stay that much better! We were able to relax and enjoy our stay and we really appreciated all the staff who work at Yellowstone Lakeside!nYellowstone Lakeside is spacious with lots of room for even the biggest rigs. We were able to be next to our Family member which made it very nice. The park itself is all gravel with good sized patches of grass, picnic table, fire ring and full hookups for each site. The six restrooms are very clean and new! Each has its own bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. There is an adjoining fun park with two go cart tracks, one for kids and the other for older kids and the adults, climbing wall, miniature golf and condescension stand just to name a few! There is a nicely fenced in dog run that is near the shower/restroom building.nWe give this park a four star rating because it’s so new, the planted shade trees haven’t had enough time to grow and provide shade yet but they soon will! We will have no hesitations staying again, we will definitely have no hesitations to stay there again. Thank you Amanda and Zach and all the rest of you! God bless all of you! We hope to stay with you guys again soon!nCasey Gunter
Brand new park, so landscaping is still a work in progress. Well laid out with plenty of room to get big rigs in and out. Full hookups and 50 amp service. Staff friendly. Squealer's Amusement Park gives 20% discount for people staying in the RV park, had a great afternoon there with grand kids. Less than a mile from Jefferson County Lake recreation area, a nice little lake with playground, swimming, non-motorized water sport rentals (paddle boards, etc.) and is stocked with trout. Only 15 mins from Idaho Falls and about 90 mins from West Yellowstone, MT/Yellowstone National Park. Easy access from/to US Hwy 20, but far enough from the hwy that traffic noise is minimal. Great, clean bathrooms - not a shower house, but individual bathrooms with vanity, sink, toilet and full size tub/shower. We visit this area frequently to see kids/grand kids, will definitely stay here again.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Park is in great shape and nice facility. Only downside is the internet is very slow but it’s useable not great for streaming.
As previously stated In other comments the park is brand new and they are young trees. Not much in the way of shade. But the friendly staff and clean facility more than makes up for it. Look forward to the park being fully developed. I would definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.
