Morey's Steakhouse

We loved our time at Morey’s. My husband’s steak was great. I had the Prime Rib alfredo pasta. It may have a different name but it was very good. Our waitress was the best and i with I remembered her name. We asked her lots of questions about lots of topics And she was very helpful. We loved sitting by the window for a great view of the Snake River. We will surely be back.

Amazing food. Great people and service. My daughters love their macaroni and cheese. I usually get the ribeye steak, I love it. My wife usually get the salmon and loves it too.

Food wasn't great. 2 steaks that were ordered medium and medium rare. They came out incredibly rare and unevenly cooked. other food that was ordered was somewhat bland and there was very little seasoning. They have a 2 bite guarantee and remake food which is awesome. But, we didn't go that route due to the time it took to get our order in the first place.nnThe menu is severely overpriced for what is served. Another inconvenience is the menu has cash prices on it and if you pay with a card they add a percentage to it and I don't recall that being relayed to us through menu or waiter.nnStaff were friendly and attentive. Owner seems very nice. May have just had a bad/busy night for the cooks.nnOverall not a worthwhile dining experience.

The service was excellent. We loved the ambiance. Our steak was cooked to perfection, juicy, thick, and flavorful. But I was totally surprised NO staff were wearing face masks! Restaurants are a big factor in helping control this pandemic. So, will we go here again? Definitely once things get back to “somewhat” normal and we only need a mask for Halloween or hospitals.

A little pricey and no masks, but generous portions and spot on chicken fried steak. We were traveling through and quite hungry by the time we rolled into Burley. We decided on chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes as something we could take back to the hotel and warm up easily. We explained this to the waitress when ordering and when we arrived, they had made sure to include paper plates, napkins, and eating utensils. They also made sure to put the gravy in a separate container and the steak in its own to go box, separate from the potatoes and corn. The chicken fried steak almost took up the entire paper plate! The batter had a perfect crisp and the steak was flavorful and fork tender. I had plowed through most of it when I finally remembered to take a picture, as I had not seen any images on the website. The only detractors were the $16.99 price for chicken fried steak and the fact that none of the staff wore masks. We had picked Burley as there is a fairly new Hampton Inn we stayed at. However, from our different forays around the town, the no mask wearing seemed pretty prevalent. Had to wonder if Twin Falls would have been any different.
