Love this location! The food is always well prepared and they have speedy service. Also, if you want to dine-in, they have one of the nicest seating areas I've ever seen at a Wendy's. Large windows provides great natural lighting and they even have a gas fireplace, which let's just be honest, in Rexburg is a sweet feature more tham half of the year! Indoors are always clean, plus they only use the touchscreens to order, which is awesome. Overall, this is the best Wendy's in Eastern Idaho.

I have to take a moment to leave an amazing review about this particular Wendy's location in Rexburg. The last two times that I have ordered from here I had very large orders. Both times, my orders were filled not only in an appropriate time, but not a single thing was incorrect. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and ability to get orders out fast and correctly. I love nothing more that not having to take my order back because it isn't right. THANK YOU!

Always hot and fresh food, whether in a long line or just a couple people. That's what left the biggest impression for us! We continually go back to this specific location because we want guaranteed freshness and are never disappointed.

I used to go to this Wendy's all the time because the customer service was so awesome, but this last time was awful. The General Manager here was absolutely terrible. I feel so bad for the amazing workers that have to put up with him and hopefully they don't put up with his arrogance. I will make the extra drive to the other side of town.

The general manager was terrible to work with. We called in to get lunch for our work and we have done this before and the other times they have been so kind and willing to work with us. But today we tried to call in and put in an order and we wanted to pay in cash when we got there but the general manager told us no we could not do that because he was not gonna make a big order and have us not show up to pay for it and pick it up (even though every other time we have done this we always go get it and pay for it with cash) he told us we either needed to pay for it over the phone with a card or we had to go in to make the order. he was not understanding at all and then proceeded to raise his voice at us saying he could not do it then he goes goodbye and hangs up the phone. Thanks so much for the other wendys in town we called them and they were so wonderful to work and took very good care of us.
