This place is the best! The ice cream is amazing, particularly with their house made waffle cones. The pies are awesome, I suggest the Mamacita and the Strawberries and Cream pies.nIf you want a mixed soda the Idaho Moonshine is to die for, it reminds me of the cold butter beer from the state fair.nYou can also make orders over the phone for pies for the big dinner party or breakfast group.nTheir hats, stickers, and mugs are just too darn cute with all sort of southern sayings.nThe home decor they sell is always has new items to pick through and if they don't have it in store check their website. They will also ship it for you.nThis is definitely the place to come with your friends for a sweet treat, fun browsing and to get some cute matching hats.

This is a wonderful addition to the community. The shop was beautiful and the pies were amazing. I had the Gyro pie and thought it was good enough to order a second for the road!! The wait time between ordering and receiving our food was a bit long but that is forgivable as this is the first month it is open. I also loved the homage paid to the former general store. I will definitely be back soon!!!

Came here opening day and it is so cute! The pies are delicious and don’t be put off by the “southern fried” bit - they’re not greasy at all! Super filling. The mixed drinks were delicious and the prices are super fair. Cute decor items too! Definitely looking forward to spending more time here in the future.

The southern fried pies are to die for! I’ve had the savory and sweet pies and you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors.nnThey have also preserved the legacy of the old general store, while adding some delicious food and southern charm. It’s truly a gem in Southeast Idaho!
