Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible expediting and order processing. The first thing I asked the person at the register was if they had any cheese pizzas ready to go. They said no. I then asked for two pepperonis and a bread. They claimed it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. That's fine. If I have to wait anyway I may as well get the one pepperoni and one cheese that my kids wanted. I understand that they were stocking up for some large orders that had come in before me but not yet been picked up.nnThe next two customers that came through each ordered two pepperonis apiece, and they were given their orders straight away. I was not extended the same courtesy and watched as people walked away with the same order I tried to make without waiting. I did bring that up as I was waiting in the lobby. I feel I was polite and not rude I did not receive an apology.nnI understand that this is the only Little Caesars location within a 15 mile radius. I understand that their sales volume is not going to be affected by negative reviews here. That is fine. I don't expect a lot. I mean, I was picking up $5 Pizza for heaven's sake. I do think that they should keep people who can only think in a linear order off the register and in the back making more pizzas so five people don't have to wait just so that two people that wanted 10 pizzas each can get theirs. Nothing will change as a result of this review except I will be getting my cheap pizza from Domino's from now on.

When my husband and I were leaving, the marinara sauce slid off the top of the pizza box and splattered on the ground outside. An employee immediately came out with a new cup of sauce and offered to take the cup that dropped. Very impressed with their kindness and promptness.

Good pizza, great value and works great as a last minute dinner idea

Taste was good, pizza was DANG greasy. Also, super tiny pizza for the same price cuz its an express... not very express either. Not a lot of options too.
